You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

We may update, improve, or modify features. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent permitted by law, PropAtlas is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
